Terms for using Payback Map.

The $299 introductory Payback Map audit is a focused workflow-readiness report for one repeated service-business workflow. It may include a workflow diagnosis, ranked payback opportunities, human oversight map, AI assistance modes, prompts or SOP starters, a first pilot ticket, and a 30-day action plan.

The intro audit does not include done-for-you implementation, production automation, managed support, guaranteed ROI, guaranteed cost savings, legal advice, compliance advice, financial advice, or unrestricted access to Synvia Pro systems.

Payback Map is designed for human-managed AI workflows. Customer-facing actions, production changes, billing, legal decisions, and sensitive-data decisions should remain human-approved unless separately scoped and tested.

The static site and AI intake do not collect payment directly. Payment for the $299 audit happens through Stripe after the workflow, scope, and safe starting materials are clear enough to begin.

The 72-hour delivery clock begins only after payment is complete and safe starting materials are received. If required materials are missing, the clock starts when the missing materials are provided.

If the finished report does not identify at least three practical improvements for the scoped workflow, you may contact support within 7 days. Synvia Pro LLC may revise once or refund at its discretion. Refunds are not available for delays caused by missing materials, unsafe submissions, scope changes, or requests outside the intro audit.

You agree not to submit passwords, API keys, private customer lists, billing data, regulated records, confidential third-party materials you are not allowed to share, or sensitive customer details. Use redacted examples and summaries.

You represent that you have permission to share the workflow information you provide and to request an audit for the business or team described.

You may not use the site, forms, AI intake, or support channels to send unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or spam content.

Payback Map provides analysis and recommendations based on available information. It does not guarantee revenue, savings, implementation success, model performance, customer behavior, vendor performance, or business outcomes.

The site may rely on providers such as Vercel, Resend, Stripe, scheduling tools, AI model providers, and messaging/workflow tools. Those services may have their own terms.
