Use this page for questions about fit, scope, intake timing, payment after scope, privacy, access, correction, deletion, or the AI intake. If you are unsure what is safe to share, reply without private details and ask what redacted workflow context would help. The form only sends a note if support delivery is configured and confirmed on the page; otherwise, save your question and do not assume Payback Map received it. Do not send passwords, API keys, billing data, private customer lists, or sensitive customer details.

If support delivery is available, the page will confirm that the note was sent. If delivery is unavailable or cannot be checked, save your question and use the conversation where this site was shared instead of assuming Payback Map received it. This support path does not collect payment, book calls, start the audit clock, or create a purchase.
Privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests
Choose the privacy request topic when you want Payback Map to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or if you accidentally included sensitive details. Include only safe locating context: the email address you used, company name if relevant, the page or form you used, the approximate date, and a short description of what needs review. Do not paste the sensitive information again.
A sent request creates a receipt for manual review; it does not mean deletion, correction, or access has already been completed. Payback Map may need to verify the request before changing or sharing records.
